Getting started
- What is Oraku?
- A web studio for short AI videos. Start from a template, add a photo or a few words, and download a clip that is ready to post.
- Is it free to sign up?
- Yes. Signing up is free and needs no card.
- How do I sign in?
- With your Google account, or with a link we mail to your e-mail address. There is no password.
Making videos
- What can I make?
- Pick a template and put yourself, a friend or a product in it. Or write your own idea, and add a photo to start from.
- What if a video fails?
- A failed run gives your credits back.
- Can I download my videos?
- Yes. Press Download on any video you made.
- What can’t I make?
- Only upload what you have the right to use, and people only if they agreed. Never anyone under 18. Nothing illegal, hateful or sexual. The full rules are in the terms of use.
Credits
- What does a video cost?
- Each video has a price in credits, and you see it before you start.
- Do credits expire?
- Plan credits reset every month. Top-ups last 90 days. Free credits, such as welcome credits, invite credits and creator rewards, do not expire.
- How do I get more credits?
- A plan gives you credits every month. On a plan, you can top up any time with a credit pack.
Plans and subscriptions
- What plans are there?
- Monthly and yearly plans, each with a set number of credits every month. Open Credits to see them and pick the one that fits how much you make.
- How do I cancel?
- Open Credits and press Manage plan. You can cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for, then stops.
- Can I get a refund?
- If a video fails, its credits come back. For money back, write to support@oraku.com. We decide each refund by how much you used, because every video you make costs us money.
- Can I change my plan?
- Not in the app yet. Write to support@oraku.com.
- How does a yearly plan work?
- You pay once a year, and it costs less than twelve monthly payments. You get the same credits as the monthly plan, one month at a time, for 12 months.
- When do I get my credits on a yearly plan?
- Right after you pay, then once a month on the day you bought it. If a month has no such day, they come on its last day. In your time zone that can be a day before or after.
- When does a yearly plan renew?
- 12 months after you bought it, at the yearly price.
- Can I cancel a yearly plan?
- Yes, any time. Open Credits and press Manage plan. Your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, with your monthly credits until then. It does not renew.
Account and privacy
- Who can see my videos?
- The videos you make are private. Only you see them, unless you choose to share one.
- What do you do with my photos?
- We keep your prompts, your photos and the videos you make so you can find them again. Our video providers get them to make your video. We do not sell your data.
- How do I delete my account?
- Write to support@oraku.com from the e-mail you sign in with. We delete your videos, your uploads and your account. Unused credits are lost.
